The pricing tools in Komplet can take your purchasing costs into account when they come from a simple sheet exported from your shop system or a spreadsheet.
Columns
- id (required): the product id exactly as g:id in your feed. Headers such as Item ID, SKU or ID položky are recognised.
- cost_price (one of the two): purchase price per unit, in the currency of the feed.
- margin_pct (one of the two): margin in percent of the selling price, e.g. 32 or 32 %.
- price (optional): selling price; without it the feed price is used.
- currency (optional): ISO code (EUR, CZK, PLN …).
Format
- CSV, TSV or TXT, up to 20 MB; comma, semicolon, tab or pipe as separator; UTF-8 (with or without BOM) or Windows-1250.
- Numbers may use decimal commas or dots, thousands separators and a percent sign: "1 234,56" and "1,234.56" are both read.
- Rows without a cost price and without a margin are skipped and counted in the import summary.
- The first row that contains an id column plus at least one other known column is used as the header, so a title line above the header is fine.
Example
A three-line file with semicolons as separator:
- id;cost_price;price;currency
- SKU-1;31,90;59,90;EUR
- SKU-2;740;1299;CZK
Upload
The tools in the Pricing and margins group of Komplet, Margin and Checkup, offer the margins upload; Margin also provides a template already filled with your product ids and prices. The newest file is used for the calculations; the last five uploads are kept per shop.
